What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.

I know everyone has a bad impression of these little green balls of fiber. People often hate the smell, the taste, the look of it, they just don't like this wonderful little veggie. But here today I am going to show you a way to cook it that will get you, children, everyone in the world enjoying it.
With a little help from bacon and honey this simple dish is sure to knock your socks off and getting people eating this hated vegetable. There is nothing a little crispy bacon can't save, the savory smokey flavours balanced out with a gentle sweetness, it is a dish to cherish during the holiday season.

How to Save Brussel Sprouts?

Slice these little green balls of fiber into half. Peel and mince 3 cloves of garlic.

Slice your SAVIOUR bacon into small pieces.
Ingredients

250g Brussel Sprouts

4 Rashers Bacon
3.
3 Cloves Garlic
4.
1ts Honey

In a pan add in a bit of oil and begin to fry your bacon on medium high heat till crispy.

Once it is crispy add in your garlic and fry till fragrant. Then set your crispy bacon and garlic aside.

In the same pan add in your brussel sprouts and with the bacon and garlic oil these little things are going to taste soo good.

Add in a little bit of water and cover with a lid and allow to steam for 5-6 minutes.

Once your brussel sprouts are cooked through add back in your bacon along with 1 tea spoon of honey and give it a good mix together.
8.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve up with your favourite meals and watch as the kids run towards the sprouts instead of away.
