What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.
Here we learn the most basic kimchi, it is a great introduction to fermentation and a great dish to make for any meal. So get your jars out and clear out a shelf because your whole kitchen is going to smell like kimchi soon.

BBQ CHICKEN WINGS


In a classic BBQ party we have BBQ ribs, steaks, and of course the classic chicken wings. Here is a quick simple smokey BBQ chicken wings, drenched in a sweet, savoury, smokey BBQ sauce that is sure to make your lick your fingers with awe.
A simple tender fried chicken wings with a very simple quick enriched BBQ sauce. Making the perfect side dish for any BBQ party, dinner for you, your friends, for a small or big group this is sure to be the dish for you to make and bring. Quick, simple and yummy.

Start by chopping your wings into a drummet and the flat and removing the little bit that can't be eaten, you know... the wing.

Marinade your chicken with 1tb of onion powder, 1tb of smoked paprika, 1tb of garlic powder and 1/8 cup of tomato ketchup, 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce and 2tb of corn flour.

16 Chicken Wings

1 Cup BBQ Sauce

1/4 Cup Ketchup
4.
1/4 Cup Honey

1tb Onion Powder
6.
1tb Smoked Paprika
7.
1tb Garlic Powder
8.
2tb Corn Flour

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

Give your marinate a good mix and add in your chicken wings.

Evenly coat each chicken wing with your lovely dark marinade and let it sit covered with some cling wrap for a minimum of 10 minutes and up to over night for the best results.

Once perfectly marinated gently coat them with some all purpose flour.

Heat up a pot of oil onto high heat and once hot gently fry your chicken wings for 8-10 minutes till completely cooked through and golden brown.

In a large wok add in 3/4 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/8 cup of tomato ketchup and 1/4 cup of honey with 1/8 of water. Mix well till the yummy sauce comes together.

Add in your chicken wings to your sauce and give it a good mix up till each wing is perfectly coated and filled with sticky goodness.
Now you are sure to have a good BBQ party.
