The All Important Rice
The Luxurious Tasty Filling
Beat up 6 eggs with 1/2 a cup of milk and a pinch of salt till smooth and HOMOGENEOUS.
Grate 1/2 a cup or more of cheese into a bowl.
Heat up a pan on medium heat and gently fry your sausages till cooked and set aside. Repeat with your mushrooms and peppers and any other raw ingredients.
Once hot scoop in about 3-4tbs of egg into the pan and swirl it around till it covers the entire base.
Sparingly sprinkle your sausages, peppers, mushrooms, cheese, spinach and whatever filling you wish over the egg.
Slowly roll up the egg to one corner of the pan.
Add in another 3tbs of egg and repeat till a decent sized egg roll has formed. About 4-5 times.
Turn the egg out on some grease proof baking paper or aluminium foil and roll it up and begin to shape it into a cylinder.
Harmony During Breakfast
Scoop some rice onto the nori and with your hands gently wet them to prevent sticking, spread the rice evenly throughout the whole nori sheet.
Unwrap your rolled Omelette and place it at the edge of the nori sheet.
Repeat with your remaining egg rolls.
Slice with a sharp knife cleaning the knife between each cuts to get a nice clean cut. Should yield about 8 pieces per roll.
Take it outside on a good day and enjoy your roll under the morning sun.
