What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.
Here we learn the most basic kimchi, it is a great introduction to fermentation and a great dish to make for any meal. So get your jars out and clear out a shelf because your whole kitchen is going to smell like kimchi soon.
BUTTER CHICKEN
Who doesn't like butter? Who doesn't like chicken? Well when you combine these together you are in for a treat made in heaven. Perfectly creamy, crispy and all around something you would die for.
A dish perfectly paired with a bowl of rice, or even paired with a batch of pasta. This sauce is all so addictive you would not know how to stop.
How to make Heaven on a Plate?
Ingredients

200g Chicken Thighs

1 Cup Evaporated Milk

1/2tb Sugar
4.
1/4tb Salt
5.
1tb Oyster Sauce
6.
1tb Butter
7.
5tb Corn Flour
8.
5tb Water
9.
1 Clove Garlic
1.
Dice up your chicken into small cubes and marinate with 1tb of oyster sauce

In a bowl combine 5tb of water and 5tb of corn flour to make a lovely crispy batter for your fried chicken.

In a pot or pan heat up enough oil to cover the chicken. Using a little bit of the batter add it into the pot and if the batter fries up crispy it is READY.

Dip your chicken into the batter and begin to fry. Drain on kitchen towel to soak up excess oil.

In a pan melt 1tb of butter and gently fry your minced garlic. Once fragrant lower the heat to medium low and add in 1 cup of evaporated milk, 0.5tb of sugar, and 0.25 of salt.

Prepare a mixture of 1/2tb of corn flour and 1tb of water. Add the mixture into the sauce.

Dump the chicken into the lovely THICCCC Butter sauce and coat evenly.
9.
Serve and enjoy with a bowl of steamed rice.
Extra:
Add some curry leaves and birds eye chili into the sauce to add an aromatic boost to the lovely sauce.
