What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.

How to Hack da Classics?
Ingredients

500g Spaghetti

Bacon
3.
150g of Mushrooms
4.
2 Cloves of Garlic
5.
6 Eggs

1 Cup of Grated Cheese

Black Pepper

Cut up your bacon, fry them crispy and set them aside. Make sure to keep the lovely bacon fat.

Put your pasta to boil.

Cut up the mushrooms and garlic and fry in the bacon fat.

In a bowl beat up 6 eggs and add in a 1/4 cup of cheese. (This prevents the eggs from cooking too fast)

Once the mushrooms are cooked and the pasta is cooked, add the pasta into the pan and remove from the heat.Toss the pasta within the pan with the garlic and mushrooms.

LISTEN to the Pan, when there is NO more sizzle add in your beaten eggs and the remaining shredded cheese and mix well to ensure the eggs do not scramble.

Add a bit of pasta water to thin the sauce to your liking.

Add salt and a lot of black pepper to taste.

Serve up with a pile of your favorite pasta topped with some grated cheese and the crispy fried bacon and you got yourself a HACKED CLASSIC.
