What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.

Here we learn the most basic kimchi, it is a great introduction to fermentation and a great dish to make for any meal. So get your jars out and clear out a shelf because your whole kitchen is going to smell like kimchi soon.
Cheesy Chicken Fusilli
Nothing is more Italian than a classic pasta filled with cheese and a hint of chicken and spinach right? The humble little screw like pasta, the FUSILLI. These little screw shaped pastas are great for catching onto thick gooey sauces, perfect for giving you that rich velvety feel throughout your mouth, coated with a nice creamy cheesy sauce.

This is the perfect meal for all you cheese lovers out there, with little bits of juicy chicken, broken down with fresh spinach, this creamy, cheesy, savory pasta is for you. A quick and easy meal for yourself, your family or even a huge party, this is sure to please each and every single person out there. Unless they are lactose in tolerant, then they will probably hate you for feeding this to them.
Fu Fu Fusilliiiiii
1.
Start by peeling and mincing 4 cloves of garlic.

Wash and slice 100g of closed cup mushrooms.

Chop your chicken into little bite size pieces.
Ingredients

200g Fusilli
2.
200g Chicken
3.
100g Closed Cup Mushrooms
4.
1 Cup Spinach
5.
1/2 Cup Cheese of Choice

1tb Butter
7.
1tb Flour All Purpose
8.
2 Cups Whole Milk
9.
1ts Smoked Paprika

4 Cloves Garlic

In a pan add in a little bit of oil and heat to high heat. Gently fry your garlic till fragrant then add in your chicken, mushrooms and spinach.

As your chicken is frying set your lovely fusilli to boil in some boiling salted water according to package instructions.

In a separate pot add in 1tb of butter on medium low heat till melted and starting to bubble. Then add in 1tb of all purpose flour and slowly whisk in 2 cups of milk, till a smooth sauce forms.

Add in 1/2 a cup of your preferred grated cheese, I went for a mixture of cheddar and parmesan. Followed by 1ts of smoked paprika and mix well.

Add in your pan fried chicken chicken, mushrooms, garlic and spinach into your lovely creamy cheese sauce and mix well.
9.
Once the pasta is done add in to your cheese sauce and mix well. You may want to add in some extra pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
10.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve up on a nice big plate for you to enjoy on.
