How to Make Da Chicken Teriyakiiiii
Cut up your chicken into little cubes as BIG or as small as you want it.
In a pan on medium high heat add a little bit of oil and start to fry your chicken.
In a bowl combine 1tb of light and dark soy sauce, 2te of sugar, 0.5te of sesame oil, 1te of vinegar, and 3tb of plain water. Mix till well combined and the sugar has dissolved.
Once the chicken is just about cooked add in your broccoli and your mixture. Cover the pan with a lid and let it steam for 3-5 minutes on medium HIGH heat.
Remove the lid and give it a stir and let the chicken and broccoli simmer away in the sauce for another 3 minutes or till greeted with a lovely sticky dark sauce.

2 Cups Broccoli
1tb Light Soy Sauce
