What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.
Here we learn the most basic kimchi, it is a great introduction to fermentation and a great dish to make for any meal. So get your jars out and clear out a shelf because your whole kitchen is going to smell like kimchi soon.
Smoked Haddoc
Creamy Tomato Spaghetti
This is a very simple and fast dish. Done in 10 minutes, it features a very luxurious tomato sauce that perfectly coats your spaghetti pairing perfectly with a lovely piece of smoked fish. Haddoc is recommended but it works well with any fish.
It is sweet, it is tangy, it is savory for 10 minutes you can't get a dish this flavourful. A simple meal to be made any time any day for yourself, for friends or for your family. A simple quick meal for all.
How to Make the Smoked Pasta?
Ingredients

Spaghetti
2.
Smoked Haddoc
3.
Cherry Tomatoes
4.
1 Tin Crushed Tomatoes
5.
1 Onion
6.
4 Cloves Garlic
7.
1tb Balsamic Vinegar
8.
25ml Double Cream
1.
Set your pasta to boil.

Mince up an onion along with 3 gloves of garlic.

In a pan on medium heat add in some oil and give your onions a little fry till fragrant and translucent then add in your garlic.

Once the garlic has turned fragrant add in 1 tin of chopped tomatoes along with 1tb of balsamic vinegar and 25ml of double cream.

Give it a stir and lower the heat down so the sauce comes to a bare simmer.

Season the sauce with a bit of salt to taste and add in your cooked pasta.
7.
Toss to combine, making sure not a single pasta is left without that delicious sauce you have created.
8.
Plate up with a lovely piece of smoked fish and you got yourself a delicious meal in 10 minutes or less.
Top this dish with some extra cheese, or some parsley.
If the sauce is too thick add in a bit of pasta water to thin it down.
