What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.

Garlic Alfredo

A quick and simple garlic infused garlic pasta. Perfect for lunch or dinner, enjoyed with a side of garlic bread to fit all your garlic needs. A perfect dish for any garlic and pasta lover.
How Much Garlic is Too Much?
Ingredients

Pasta of Choice

1.5 Cups of Spinach
3.
Mushrooms
4.
1/4 Cup Double Cream
5.
1/2tb Balsamic Vinegar

8 Cloves of Garlic
7.
1ts Ground Nutmeg
8.
1/4 Cup of Cheese
1.
Peel and MINCE 8 cloves of garlic (Yes it is a lot, but we like it garlicy right....)

Slice up your mushrooms into thin or thick slices up to you to decide.

In a pan add in some oil and heat up to medium high heat.

Add in garlic and fry till fragrant. Then add in your mushrooms and give it a good fry.
5.
Set your pasta to boil a minute less than the said package instructions.

Add in 1/4 a cup of double cream to your mushrooms and garlic. Along with 1.5 cups of washed spinach, 1/2tb of balsamic vinegar and 1ts of ground nutmeg.

Lower the heat of the sauce to a low and season it with 1/4 cup of grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
8.
Take out your pasta a minute less than the said package instructions and add it into your lovely sauce, along with 3-4tb of pasta water.
9.
Give it a good mix and let the mixture simmer for another minute till a thick sauce coats your lovely shells.
Serve with a HEALTHY grating of cheese.
