What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.

GARLIC FRIED RICE

How to Make Garlic and Rice One?
Ingredients

In a bowl gently break up your over night rice, crack 2 eggs into it and give it a good mix till well combined.

In a pan on medium high heat add in some oil and begin to fry your onions till translucent and fragrant.

Mince 2 cloves of garlic (or MORE) and toss it into the pan to fry gently.

Add in your rice mixture and turn on the heat to high, begin to fry and take care to constantly stir the mixture. Once the rice has turned a lovely golden brown season with light soy sauce or salt and pepper to taste.

Finely slice 1 clove of garlic.
