How do you Want to Get Up Today?
4 Medium Potatoes
1tb Flour (All Purpose)
1te Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Grated Cheese
Peal the skins of 4 potatoes and start to shred them into a bowl. If you don't have a grater then finely slice the potato into fine little stick.
Attempt to squeeze as much of the potato juice out of the potato as possible. You want the potato to be as dry as possible to get that crunch that we all love.
Add in 1 egg and 1tb of flour just to help bind the potato together.
Add in 1te of garlic powder, 1/4 cup of grated cheese, 1/2te of salt and whatever ever spice and herbs that you want.
In a pan heat up enough oil on medium high heat to cover the surface of the pan.
Start to form your lovely little hash browns and start to fry them off in the pan. You should be able to make 10-12 golden hash browns.
Flip when you start to see the edges get nice and KRISPEEE. Shouldn't take more than 3 minutes per side.
Plate up and make that breakfast extra special.
Add in whatever spice or herb you want into the hash mixture it is yours to customize.
