What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.

Here we learn the most basic kimchi, it is a great introduction to fermentation and a great dish to make for any meal. So get your jars out and clear out a shelf because your whole kitchen is going to smell like kimchi soon.

Honey Glazed Bacon Dogs


We all know that when BACON is involved it is going to be good. Elevating this simple bacon wrapped hot dog is a little sweet honey glaze. The perfect blend of smokey bacon wrapped around a tender flavourful hot dog glazed with a sweet layer of honey, it is guaranteed to fill you up with glee.

A simple but so satisfying start to your chrismas meal. Something that adults will enjoy and somethings that all kids will love. Perfectly paired with some mustard, mayo, ketchup or just by itself. A quick simple side for all to enjoy.

Bacon and Hot Dogs?

With a Dog in one hand and Bacon in the other, wrap your lovely bacon around your hot dog as tightly as possible.
Ingredients

8 Hot Dogs

1tb Honey
3.
8 Strips Bacon

Place it on a baking paper lined tray and repeat with your remaining hot dogs.

Place it into a preheated oven at 220°C for 10-15 minutes till the bacon has turned crispy.

Prepare a honey mixture by mixing 1 tablespoon of honey with 5 table spoon of water.

Spread the honey mixture over your hot dogs and into the oven for another 1-2 minutes, repeat till your honey mixture finishes.
6.
Serve up with a batch of your favourite dipping sauce as a start to your lovely Christmas meal.
