Ingredients

  1. 4 Chicken Thighs

  2. 1 Onion

  3. 2 Carrots

  4. 2 Medium Potatoes

  5. 2 Tomatoes

  6. Water

STEPS

  1. Slice up your onion into quarters, peel and slice up your carrots and potatoes into chunks.

  2. In a pot add in your chicken, onion and tomato and fill up with water.

  3. Bring it up a lovely boil, then lower down to a simmer.

  4. Add in your carrots and let it conitnue to simmer.

  5. After 30 minutes of simmering add in your potatoes and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes.

  6. Add Salt to taste and enjoy.

Best enjoyed with a bowl of rice, noodles or just by itself for that soul healing yummy goodness.
