Ingredients
4 Cups of Over Night Rice
1 Broccoli
1 Thin of Luncheon Meat/Spam
150g of Closed Cup Mushrooms
1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
1tb of Gochujang
6 Cloves of Garlic
2tb of All Purpose Flour
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese
STEPS
Begin by mincing your garlic, chopping up your broccoli into small florets, slicing your mushrooms and cubing your luncheon meat.
In a pan on high heat add in a bit of oil enough to cover the base. Once hot add in your luncheon meat and fry till the luncheon meat is extra KRISPEE.
Add in your mushrooms, broccoli and garlic and fry till the broccoli is cooked through. Might be best to cover with a lid to help it cook faster.
Add in 1/2tb of gochujang and slowly mix till well combined.
Toss in your over night rice breaking any big lumps and add 1 cup of tomato ketchup over and mix well to combine. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer your red rice mixture into a baking tray or casserole dish and set aside. Preheat your oven to 180°c.
Time to prepare the cheese sauce. In a pot on low heat add in 2tb of oil and 2tb of all purpose flour and mix will a smooth paste forms.
Slowly drizzle in 1 cup of whole milk whilst stirring making sure no clumps form. Keep stirring till a smooth sauce like mixture is formed.
Add in your favorite cheese, i went with plain cheddar and mozzarella. Stir well.
Add your cheese sauce over your rice and into the oven for 5-10 minutes or till the cheese is GOLDEN brown and Ooozy.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Cut, Serve, Enjoy and repent your Sins for how much cheese you have added.
