There is just something sooooo special about Chinese or Asian take out food. I'm not sure if its the magical white powder they add inside or the well used wok that just casts beautiful amounts of flavour into the dish. Not to mention it is quick and easy as well, but there has been a lot of talks about the health aspect of Chinese take out food.

In a wok add in a little bit of oil and fry off your onions and bell peppers on high heat.
Once your onions and peppers are softened add in your fried chicken and sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste and give the whole mixture a good mix.
