STRAWBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

  1. 2 Cups Rolled Oats

  2. 1.5 Cups Milk (of choice)

  3. 2 Cup Greek Yogurt

  4. 500g Strawberries

  5. 1ts Vanilla Essence

  6. 2tb Chia Seeds

  7. Maple Syrup/Honey

STEPS

  1. Begin by washing and chopping up 500g of strawberries into bite size pieces.

  2. In a large mixing bowl add in 2 cups of rolled oats, 2 cup of greek yogurt, 1ts of vanilla essence, a hand full of your chopped strawberries and 2tb of chia seeds.

  3. Slowly drizzle in 1.5 cups of milk of your choice and mix till well combined.

  4. Sweeten your oats with some maple syrup of honey to taste.

  5. Carefully fill your containers with your overnight oats mixture, layering between oats and strawberries for that perfect aesthetic.

  6. Seal them and letting them chill out in the fridge till ready to eaten. Let it soak up for a minimum of 4 hours or better overnight, hence the name :)
