Ingredients

  1. 400g of Chicken Thighs

  2. 1tb of Corn Flour

  3. 1 Cup of Plain Flour

  4. 3tb of Vinegar

  5. 1/4 Bell Pepper

  6. 1 Tomato

  7. 75g of Pineapple

  8. 4tb of Ketchup

  9. 2te of Sugar

  10. 1/4 a Cucumber

STEPS

Fried Chicken

  1. Chop your chicken into bite size pieces.

  2. Prepare a marinade of 1 tablespoon corn flour, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, with a pinch of salt and pepper and mix with the cut chicken.

  3. In a bowl, pour 1 cup of plain flour with a teaspoon of salt.

  4. Drench the marinated chicken in flour and shake off any excess flour.

  5. Prepare a pot with an inch of oil and heat it up.

  6. Using a wooden chopstick poke into the pot of oil, once bubbles start to appear slowly lower pieces of your prepared chicken and cook for 5-8 minutes till golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Drain on paper towel.

Sweet & Sour Sauce

  1. Cut up your onion, bell pepper, pineapple and tomato into 1 inch pieces.

  2. In a pan on medium heat add in a table spoon of oil and fry your onions and bell pepper till they are soft.

  3. Add in your pineapple and tomato.

  4. Add in 4 table spoons of tomato ketchup and 2 tea spoons of sugar with 3 table spoons of water.

  5. Mix well till a thick glossy sauce forms.

  6. Taste, if its too sour to your taste add a bit more sugar.

  7. Toss your chicken in your lovely sauce.

  8. Serve with a bowl of lovely freshly steamed rice.
