What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.
Here we learn the most basic kimchi, it is a great introduction to fermentation and a great dish to make for any meal. So get your jars out and clear out a shelf because your whole kitchen is going to smell like kimchi soon.

JAPANESE ROLLED OMELETTE
A lovely rolled up package of soft fluffy well seasoned egg. Perfect for sushi, breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a snack. The wonderful combination of sweet and savory can be found in this delicate soft plump package of egg.
Super easy to make with a little practice you will get some perfect for making sushi. With even more practice you will get perfectly symmetrical spirals coiling down the lovely omelet.
How to Make the Egg Roll
Ingredients

3 Eggs

5tb Whole Milk
3.
2te Sugar
4.
Salt

In a bowl gently crack 3 eggs and mix till well combined. Add in 5tb of whole milk, 2te of sugar and a pinch of salt, mix till a lovely yellow mixture has formed.

In a small pan on medium low heat add a small layer of your egg mixture and wait till it the egg has set and can easily come off the bottom.

With a spatula and a pair of chop sticks attempt to roll the egg up, pushing it to one side of the pan. ROLL ROLL ROLL.
4.
Add a little more mixture and wait till it is set, then roll the egg up again. Repeat this process till all your egg mixture is complete.
5.
Slice and serve HOT or COLD.
