Vampire-Giri

When the sun sets, the darkness rises. Leaving nothing but the hallow sounds of the wind blowing against loose leaves. A bunch of bats flying through the cold night air. As you are home alone all tucked into your bed, you see a bat hovering outside your window.

Closing your eyes, and opening it up once again. The bat is no longer there. All you see is this little triangle shaped figure in the corner of your room. You smell the scent of freshly roasted seaweed and a faint fishy smell. You look down to only see 2 beading eyes and a pair of dangerously sharp teeth.

4.

Whip up some magic and add in 1tb of mayonese, 1tb of light soy sauce, 1ts of white pepper and 1tb of pure blood (Ketchup). Give the mixture a good mix till a pinkish mixture is formed.

5.

If you would like the filling to be redder add in more ketchup or even some food colouring.

6.

Take a look at your roasted seaweed sheet, there should already be creases on it. Fold and separate your seaweed into 3 equal pieces. If there are no creases you will have to cut it.

7.

Once the rice is done cooking, open the lid and allow to cool till you are able to work with it.

8.

Prepare a bowl of water (to help prevent the rice from sticking to your hands)

9.

Liberally wet your hands. Sprinkle a little salt over your palm and gently rub it around.

10.

Place about 2 table spoon's worth of rice onto your palm and flatten ever so slightly such that you can add 1tb of your tuna mixture in the center.

11.

Add another table spoon or 2 of rice and start to work the rice into the classic triangle shape.

12.

Once you are satisfied with the shape, gather 1 piece of seaweed. With the shiny side facing out wrap up your little vampire, giving him/her a cape.

13.

With the remaining tuna create little eyes. With the remaining seaweed cut up little mouths. Stick on the eyes, mouth and using 2 pieces of sesame seeds stick on those dangerous blood sucking teeth.

Enjoy and be warned, they have the tendency to bite back when you aren't looking.
