Did you just have a hard workout at the gym? Did you just hit your personal record lifting all those weights? or do you just wanna bulk up a bit so you don't feel so small? Either way here is a quick way to make getting more protein into your system easier and more delicious.

A quick little choco berry protein shake is all it takes to help you get a change to your regular protein shakes and enjoy something a little more refreshing after a long work out. With a blend of berries, almonds and some protein powder you are sure to fuel your body for maximum recovery and vitamins for future performance.


  1. 1 Cup Milk

  2. 1/8 Cup Almonds

  3. 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries

  4. 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries

  5. 1/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries

  6. 1 Serving Chocolate Protein Powder


  1. In a blender add in 1 cup of milk or milk subsitute of your choice, 1/8 cup of almonds, 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries and 1 serving of your favourite chocolate protein powder.

  2. Turn on your blender and blend away till you the smoothie of champions. Optionally you may sweeten this with some honey if your berries are a bit sour.
