Or.... are you in a super hot country or just having a hot day and just want something light refereshing and yummy to cool you down? Let me get you a glass of my tropical booster, packed filled with vitamins and energy to give you the boost you need to get up and going again. If you love Mangos, Pinapples, Bananas and Apples then this is the smoothie for you to try. I mean... how hard is it to make a smoothie right? A great way to get some extra fiber into your body.


  1. 1 Cup Coconut Milk

  2. 1/2 Cup Apple Juice

  3. 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango

  4. 1/4 Cup Frozen Pinapple

  5. 1 Banana


  1. In a blender add in 1 cup of coconut milk or soy milk or your milk of choice, 1/2 a cup of apple juice, 1/2 a cup of frozen mango, 1/4 cup of pinapple and 1 banana.

  2. Turn on your blender and blend away till you get a smooth creamy and tropical punch! Dilute with more coconut milk or water to taste.
