A lovely black forrest smoothie is exactly what you need, with only 3 ingredients you are sure to be able to enjoy this anytime you wish.
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Frozen Pitted Cherries
1.5tb Cocao Powder
In a blender add in 1 cup of milk or milk subsitute of your choice, 1 cup of frozen pitted cherries and 1.5tb of cocao powder or hot chocolate mix.
Turn on your blender and blend away till you the smoothie of champions. Optionally you may sweeten this with some honey if your cherries are bit on the sour side.
